New Soccer Team

So I've picked up a new soccer team playing friday night adult co-ed at sports city. I played my first game with them this past friday and while we didn't win I can see some possibility with them as long as they stay together for a couple of seasons. The key to adult co-ed at the rec level is to have at least a couple girls that can play well or that are at least aggressive enough to get in an mix it up with the guys a bit. This team has that so I think we just need to gel now.
The team name is Off Constantly which fits because so far our shots have been off constantly. Friday we had a lot of good chances and things seemed to be right on the verge of coming together just not quite there all the way. It also doesn't hurt that when we lose the other team has to say the beat off constantly.
Final score Friday was 1 to 5 which is a big improvement over thier first to games. So things seem to be on the right track.
Winter I 2010 Final Standings

FFC Palermo played thier final game of the Winter I session. Mathmatically the game didn't mean much as the boys had second place locked in. Facing off against against another FFC team, FFC Torino, it was sure to be a good game.
Torino came out strong and while Palermo looked good they just couldn't capitalize on the effort and Torino got out to a big lead. Drake played smartly during the both halves subbing out only with only a few minutes left in each half. Down by four at halftime with only on goal on the scoreboard the kids came back and held Torino to just two more goals in the second half
Coming down to the closing minutes of the game FFC Palermo rallied three quck unanswered goals bringing the score to 4-6 and looked to be on track to even the game up but the clock ran out them and the game ended in FFC second loss of the season (both to older FFC squads) and a second place finish for the season.
Congratulations to FFC Inter for taking the league championship and to all three FFC U11-U12 boys teams for sweeping the top three spots in the league.
FFC Palermo takes another win

FFC took another win this morning against Metro East United. Finishing the game 8-1.
Drake pushed forward from fullback to score another goal off a rebound. Seems he always scores when I'm not there to see it.
Futura FC has 3 teams in the division and we are currently ranked 1st, 2nd and 3rd.

Sold some CB750F parts

I finally got around to putting some of the parts off the CB750F up on the CB1100F.net fourms. I was happy to have 3 items sold with in 30 minutes Those three parts covered most of what I paid for the bike to begin with. I'm trying to fund my my new rear shocks. I need about $400 to get what I want. Off to a good start so far. I'm hoping the rest of the items will sell as well.
